This foundation checklist was created by Rob Fish.
Rob has worked both as government regulator and in the commercial fishing sector. Over 20 years experience has given him a unique insight and knowledge into the use of rights based management in our fisheries and their impact to on-water operations.
Rob gained both industry and government support to improve the rights based management in the NTs offshore fisheries by moving them to modernised output-based management frameworks. The new arrangements received the Chief Ministers Award for Excellence in 2012.
